Your home should support your life,
not compete with it.

A woman walking past a kitchen with wooden cabinets, a black stove, and a white range hood. The kitchen has a wooden shelf with decorative items, and a table with a basket of flowers and some books. There is a large window with blinds on the left, and a woven light fixture hanging from the ceiling.

Beautiful, functional homes should be accessible, not intimidating, elitist, or expensive.

Real people, Real homes.

Real examples.

Client Reviews

“Working with Sara on the design of our apartment in Amsterdam was a truly enjoyable experience. She helped us rethink our living room, dining area, master bedroom, and office/guest room with creative ideas that felt both practical and inspiring. The process felt very collaborative, and we appreciated how carefully our style and needs were considered.”

“Sara really helped me make our living space feel like one whole space without everything being the same colour. We now have a real sense of cohesion and a warm, cosy atmosphere, and what’s more, all with minimal effort and expense.”

— Leen de Rooms, BE

“Sara really listened to what I wanted and what I didn’t want, and that made all the difference in designing my kitchen. I love dark kitchens, but I was convinced that it wouldn’t work because I also needed it to feel light and luminous. Instead of going for the easier one, she found a solution that gave me both. She has such a talent for combining tones and materials in a way that feels balanced and beautiful. She also made the whole process feel easy and super inspiring with her ideas, guidance, and practical suggestions. I’m so happy with the design and would absolutely recommend her.”

About me

A person wearing a white shirt sketches furniture designs on lined paper, surrounded by color swatches and fabric samples, with a laptop nearby on a white desk.

I trained in Professional Interior Design at the National Design Academy, but my love for interiors started long before that. As a child, I was obsessed with “playing house,” spending hours furnishing my toy houses and decorating rooms for my Sylvanian Families.

That curiosity about how spaces work never went away. Over the years, I’ve helped friends redesign their homes, stage spaces to sell, and rethink layouts to make them work better for everyday life—while constantly reimagining my own home too.
